The endive raoles of Bar Restaurant Binidalí

The Bar Restaurant in Binidalí is one of the recommendations of our admired colleague Borja Matoses, to taste good Menorcan cuisine in the East of Menorca.

Small family restaurant with a menu that combines international cuisine, including fast food, with traditional Menorcan dishes, which change according to the season.

As a gift from the house, they gave us some endive raoles, a recipe from the book Sa cuina des poble de Menorca, from a server, and as it should be, we liked it very much, as well as the tapas that they tasted as starters and the two seconds of Menorcan cuisine, without leaving the desserts and the wine of Sa Forana.
