The Menorcan Cuisine Show has closed its fifteenth edition with great success, in which 34 restaurants spread across the island have participated.
José Bosch, president of Restauración Menorca, has given a very positive assessment of the results of the Menorcan Cuisine Show 2024, and has stated that "we are very satisfied with how this edition has gone. The response from the public has been exceptional, showing that Menorcan gastronomy is increasingly arousing more interest, both locally and among visitors. The restaurants have offered innovative dishes without losing the essence of our traditional cuisine, thus raising the prestige of the Show".
After collecting the comments from the participating establishments, the surveys have reflected a high level of satisfaction. In addition, most of the restaurants have already confirmed their willingness to repeat in future editions.
Bosch also stressed that "this Mostra continues to be a great boost for local gastronomy and for promoting Menorca as a tourist destination throughout the year. We have shown that our culinary wealth can compete with any other gastronomic destination and we will continue working to maintain this high level and continue promoting our cuisine both on and off the island." In addition, he added that "we deeply appreciate the effort of the participating restaurants, since they are the heart of this event."
The organization also wants to thank the effort made by all the sponsors and collaborators, "we want to thank our sponsors and collaborators, because without them it would be impossible to carry out an event that has already become a benchmark within the Balearic gastronomic calendar."
