The grilled Menorcan red beef chops from the Fel Caules Butcher Shop

The Fel Caules butcher shop, in the Plaza del Mercado in Ciutadella, is one of the places of reference for buying good Menorcan meat on the island, where in addition to its more than renowned gourmet hamburgers, it specialises in red beef and also old Friesian beef from the island with more than 40 days of maturation in a meat cellar.

One of its specialities is the red beef steaks aged for 40 days, which if made with good wild olive wood embers are a real pleasure for meat lovers.
