The Iberian Pluma from Mr. Bep’s

The Mr. Beps family restaurant in Cala en Blanes is one of our favorite restaurants when it comes to dinner on weekdays, or when you feel a bit too lazy to go home.

There Paco and his family surprise us with an honest kitchen, without frills and in which the product is the true protagonist of their dishes.

This July we have tried their grilled Iberian pluma, and the result has been surprising. Made to the exact point, tasty, generous and with a successful garnish.
