One of the star desserts at Restaurant Smoix, in Ciutadella, is the lemon pie, which Miquel Sànchez prepares to perfection, with his cosmopolitan cuisine, which never leaves us indifferent.

A dessert with the optimal point of acidity that allows us to finish the lunch or dinner perfectly and even more so if we accompany it with a glass of cava or dessert wines such as Tokaj or Spanish Olorosos wines.
