The Mallorcan "frito" of La Guitarra

La Guitarra remains one of the best bars to taste a good Mallorcan "frito", following the recipe of the remembered Maria Colmillo, founder of La Guitarra with her husband Biel Pascual in 1969.

For a couple of years now it has had a new management and stage as a vermouth shop, but without losing the essence of what it has been and is this emblematic basement of what was the first Mallorcan cellar-type restaurant in Ciutadella.
