This morning we enjoyed the farm breakfast at the Mesón Rías Baixas Menorca, in Ferreries, where Toni Sansaloni served us a table of cheese and cold cuts from Menorca, bread with oil and tomato, Mallorcan frit, carquinyols, crespellines and a bottle of orange juice from Cas Xifoner, a soft drinks company founded by his father.
A hearty breakfast, with quality cold cuts and that should not be limited to just a few days a year, but could be offered to tourism throughout the high season and also in the low season.
A great promotion of the local product of Menorca.
