The rice of the land with pigeon from Mon Restaurant and Fonda

Felip Llufriu's cuisine at Mon Restaurant is an honest and at the same time sophisticated cuisine, which draws from old recipes of Menorcan cuisine and transforms this historical cuisine into new Menorcan cuisine, where the product is always the protagonist.

On our last visit to Mon, just before closing the current season and starting work on what will be the new restaurant, we tried their tasting menu which offered us a dish of old cuisine from Menorca. Their rice from the earth with dove, which impresses at first sight on the plate, and which turns into a range of intense flavors for lovers of the hunter's cuisine.
