The roast suckling pig at the L'Ancora restaurant

The L'Ancora de Cala restaurant in Blanes is one of those restaurants that we recommend for families, both for its varied menu and for its good value for money.

On our last visit, Luis Galán, its owner, recommended that we try the roast suckling pig, and we were absolutely right in doing so.

A generous portion on the plate, perfectly cooked in the oven, with a crispy crust and good garnish. To repeat on a new visit to the L'Ancora restaurant.
