The S'Aranjassa Farm Breakfast

The S'Aranjassa farm, Es Mercadal, is not only known for its production of DO Maó Menorca cheese, but also for its local snacks, with raw materials from the same farm where there is no shortage of tastings of sobrassada, cuixot, carn and chulla, in addition to semi-cured, cured and aged cheeses. We will also taste figat (figs marmalade) and honey from Menorca, or some scrambled eggs with fried sobrassada.
