The sushi assortment of the Asian Dao

More and more of us declare ourselves “sushi lovers” and we like to enjoy a good assortment of sushi like the one they prepare for you at the Asian restaurant Dao, a few steps from the Market Square in Ciutadella.

Their sushiman is an expert in cutting fresh fish and also in preparing the rolls, both fresh and timed, which are a true delight.

We ordered the 24-piece assortment at home and paired it with a French white wine, Saint Bris, which gave it the acidity and freshness necessary to make an excellent “sushi night.”
