The "villagodio" of the El Grill restaurant

The El Grill restaurant, also known as the Airport Grill, is one of the temples for lovers of grilled meat on the island of Menorca with 40 years of experience.

On our last visit we opted for their "villagodio", a cut of matured beef, which in English is known as a T-Bone Steak, since in the same cut there are, separated by the T-shaped bone, a part of fillet and another of entrecote.
