The vitello tonnato from Taps Can Avelino

Taps Can Avelino is one of those places for tapas and good food in Maó, which stands out for its service and the variety of gastronomic offer it offers, both at noon for lunch and in the evenings to share tapas or plates of cosmopolitan cuisine.

We have tasted their vitello tonnato and we were really pleasantly surprised. The beef with thin slices, as it should be, is cooked to the ideal point, as is the tuna mayonnaise and the capers, achieving a harmony on the plate where each of the ingredients does not take the lead from the others.
