This dish, full of flavor and tradition, has its roots in the island's cuisine and is made up of local ingredients such as beef, chicken, potatoes, chickpeas, tomato, onion and soup herbs. The Brou Menorquí is served in two parts: first, a noodle soup with the cooking broth, and then a second course with the meat, potatoes and chickpeas. It is a spoon dish that is eaten very hot, perfect for cold winter days. With the arrival of the cold in Menorca, this dish becomes a particularly comforting option, reflecting the essence of Menorcan gastronomy.
