A total of 34 restaurants are taking part in the Mostra de Cuina Menorquina 2024

The Mostra de Cuina Menorquina, organised by Restauració Menorca, CAEB Menorca and AgenciaCom, was presented this afternoon at the Cuit restaurant located in the Nakar Hotel in Palma.

The presentation event was attended by authorities, as well as numerous representatives of the business, tourism and restaurant sectors of Mallorca and Menorca.

The president of Restauració Menorca, José Bosch, highlighted that "this fifteenth edition has a high level of participation and high quality in the menus that the restaurants have prepared, in addition all the municipalities of Menorca have the presence of restaurants that participate in the Mostra de Cuina Menorquina. We have become a reference event on the island, and we invite all Mallorcans to come to Menorca to enjoy our gastronomy."

For his part, the chef and owner of the Cuit restaurant, Miquel Calent, commented that "it is a pleasure to participate in the Mostra de Cuina Menorquina and to thank Restauración Menorca for the work they do to showcase Menorcan cuisine. I recommend that you go to Menorca because its gastronomy is well worth it."

Finally, the island director of Tourism Promotion of the Consell Insular de Menorca, Begoña Mercadal, said that "the Mostra de Cuina Menorquina is a great opportunity to promote the island of Menorca, and it is important for visitors and Menorcans to get to know a little more about our gastronomy with an offer of 34 restaurants spread throughout the island. Gastronomic tourism is gaining more and more strength and is becoming an attraction."

The event, which will take place from September 20 to October 6 in Menorca, will last for seventeen days, during which the 34 participating restaurants will showcase the island’s gastronomic potential, offering traditional recipes and innovative cuisine made with local and seasonal produce.
