Vienna bread rolls with sobrasada from Forn del Ranxo

The Forn del Ranxo is the last wood-fired oven that survives in Ciutadella and that is why its preparations have a special taste, along with the mastery and knowledge of three family generations in charge of it.

Their Vienna rolls with sobrasada are said to be some of the best made on the island, and we are not going to say no. Fluffy pasta, generous sobrasada filling and also its size.

One of the great little pleasures when having breakfast or having a snack.
