The VORO restaurant, located in the Cap Vermell Grand Hotel and the only restaurant on the islands that has 2 Michelin stars and 2 Repsol soles, opens its doors this coming Friday, March 15.

With the renowned chef Álvaro Salazar at the helm, this restaurant, considered the flagship of the Balearic gastronomic scene, aims to further elevate the culinary experience and personalized treatment, limiting the number of diners per night to a maximum of 24 people.
