At the gala held this afternoon at the Auditori Fòrum of the Barcelona International Convention Center, the chef has managed to maintain his two Michelin stars, the first, achieved in 2016, and the second two years ago, already at the head of the VORO restaurant, located in the luxurious hotel resort of Canyamel (Mallorca).

After the gala, chef Álvaro Salazar assured that “personally it means great happiness and gratification, since maintaining two Michelin stars is an exceptional achievement and pride, as well as a very outstanding recognition in the world of haute cuisine.”

Furthermore, he assured that “for the VORO restaurant, it means maintaining its reputation as one of the best culinary destinations in Mallorca and a reference place for lovers of haute cuisine.”
