What do the numbers on the cheese pieces mean?

The cheese pieces, or as we say in Menorca, cheese fogasses, always have, when they belong to the DO Queso Mahón Menorca, a special number, which indicates the origin of the place where they were made, in addition to the week of the year in which they were made they did and the day of the week.
