The main tent will offer a tasting of wines from the four islands. There will be two sessions: on February 28, from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., and on March 2, from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
These wine tastings will be held in collaboration with the Balearic Islands Hotel Management School. Four types of wine (one per island) will be tasted, selected by the School's sommelier. In addition, the history and current state of wine in the Balearic Islands will be explained, the different elaborations, the description of the wine according to style, and the importance of wine from the Islands in the local market, as well as its origin and the varieties used. Each tasting will be for twenty-five people, although all attendees will be able to enjoy the sommelier's explanations, until the tent is full.
