Today, September 19, is World Aperitif Day

Today, September 19, is World Aperitif Day, or of making vermouth, as we say in Menorca.

Vermouth, beer, wine or even cava or champagne to accompany everything from olives to oysters, calamari a la Romana and salad are part of this custom that is so ours, without leaving out a cheese aperitif from Menorca or from a table with our sausages with Gin Xoriguer and a touch of siphon or soda.
