Zucchini carpaccio

INGREDIENTS
Zucchini
feta cheese
Sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil
Lemon juice
Extra virgin olive oil
black pepper


PREPARATION
Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing the olive oil with the lemon.

Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small cubes and slice the courgette with the help of a mandoline, so that very thin sheets remain.

Place the courgette on a plate, add the feta cheese (crumbling it with your fingers), the sun-dried tomatoes and, finally, the vinaigrette and black pepper.
