Biel Sintes Fiol was born in Mahón in 1966. He opened the Calucha restaurant in 2018, a bar-restaurant located in a privileged place in the port of Mahón.

His main reference is always traditional Menorcan cuisine: “perols”, octopus with onion, “oliaigu”, “brou”, cuttlefish with peas, among other options. Without leaving aside his famous potato omelette that his mother made (with special options such as, for example, with eggplant and Mahón cheese or with butifarrón).

He also has a variety of off-menu dishes, usually fresh fish from Sa Llotja, which change every day to offer the best local product.

The opening hours are from 9 in the morning (for breakfast) to 4:00 p.m. Open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
