Enjoy dishes from Menorcan cuisine with dishes such as “oliaigua”, the country stew; Menorcan red prawns, one of the best in the Mediterranean, as well as their lobster stews, rock fish stews or shellfish stews from the island. Let yourself be seduced by the meat of their red veal or suckling lamb, roast suckling pigs or Menorcan rice dishes.

The sea is our main pantry and you must try the mussels from the port of Mahón, or the breaded sea nettles, Menorcan-style baked fish on a bed of potatoes and tomatoes. Fish such as dentex and pagrio, salted sea bass, grilled langoustines or natural Mahón spits are some of our recommendations.
