Menorcans like rice, which we still cook in clay pots at home, but in restaurants you will find it cooked in a paella, where we recommend those made with fish and seafood from the island, such as lobster, red prawns and cuttlefish, without leaving out the signature ones.
Also on the island we have a dish called arròs de la terra, but it does not contain rice but wheat and is one of the oldest dishes in our gastronomy.
